Portfolio overview: Get More Math
The portfolio documents three related education-product efforts: teacher adoption, student enrollment, and standards-aligned reporting. Together they cover getting classrooms started and helping educators turn proficiency data into action.

A plan to reduce time to value through mapping the existing experience, ideation, pre-established metrics, execution/measurement, better empty states, and reuse of onboarding resources. The accessible text does not report measured results.

Student onboarding and class enrollment
Continuous teacher interviews, Product Board insights, and training/support collaboration informed design studios, story mapping, assumption testing, and enrollment flows. The feature shipped before a new school year. Initial feedback was positive, but later pilot workflows exposed duplicate accounts; proposed follow-up improvements are not presented as completed work.

Standards-aligned reporting
As Lead UX Designer and initial Project Manager, I worked with the core product team, CEO, training/support experts, and content specialists on reporting from district to student/skill level. Work included feasibility research, Quarkus service direction, proficiency-model workshops, and prototype testing. Reporting launched, but measured impact was still being gathered.
